Fun, Fitness and Friendship

St Francis of Assisi Fitness Quest

Memorial Day to Labor Day 2023

All Are Welcome

Working toward Being the Best Version of ourselves!

Yes…Commit to 99 days of Fun and Fitness.

You will feel: Healthier – Stronger- Happier

The St. Francis Fitness Quest is a great opportunity for Fun & Fitness, taking place between the 99 days that span from Memorial Day to Labor Day this year. The goal is to walk one hundred miles between these two holidays or if walking does not work for you there are many other activities that can apply to the goal of increasing physical activity. You oversee your quest with the goal of walking one hundred miles. You can walk when you want or gather a group to walk together.

The St Francis Parish Health Ministry can partner in assisting you toward your fitness goal. Consider the several options available to assist you in reaching this goal and becoming a member of the St Francis of Assisi 100 Mile Walking Club.

Application forms and mileage logs are available. To start your journey, call Pat Navyac in the parish office to obtain an application, 231-947-4620, ext. 215.

Thursday June 15 at 12 noon.

Lunch will be served, RSVP to Pat Navyac at 231-947-4620 ext 215 or pat@sfparish.org.

Adoration Chapel.png

Our Perpetual Adoration Chapel is in need of new Adorers. We are blessed that our five local parishes support and
provide adorers, but we still have a few hours with only one adorer. Please pray about being called to
this sacrificial but immensely rewarding ministry!

Call Colleen Lewis @ 231-883-6081 or visit our website @ www.stfrancisadoration.org if you feel drawn to this personal
quiet time with Jesus.
